Kara Jones is a real estate agent based in Columbus, but her love for this city runs much deeper than just buying and selling homes. Before stepping into real estate, she spent over a decade behind the scenes at CD101, the city’s beloved alternative radio station, helping to shape Columbus’s cultural pulse through music, events, and community outreach. She later brought that same passion for connection and service to the hospitality world, managing local music venue, Natalie’s Grandview—one of her favorite Columbus spots.

Real estate has always been a natural fit for Kara. She has a sharp eye for design, a genuine love for helping people, and a deep knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods.   • I ride in Pelotonia every year—12 years strong!—raising money for cancer research.

  • I love going to concerts, being outside, and spending time in nature.

  • I’m a huge Dolly Parton fan and even have an entire room in my house themed after her!
